Santander's 1|2|3 Student Current Account is a free account with cashback on major retailers. You can apply for it by visiting a branch or online. Students can also get a free overdraft of £1,500 for the first three years. For the fifth year, they can use a fee-free arranged overdraft of £2,000.
Although the 1|2|3 Student Current Account is an excellent product for many students, it is not the best option for all financial transactions. Students should research the best options for them. Before signing up, take time to read the account's terms and conditions.
Once you graduate, your current account will transfer to a Graduate Account. It is important to note that, once you graduate, you cannot have any other Santander accounts. Instead, you will need to switch to a different type of account.
If you're planning a trip to Europe, the AARP has your back. Specifically, you can snag a $100 credit towards your next vacation, but beware - this offer is only available to members of the AARP, so if you're not one already, you may want to wait a bit. The company claims that it's been around since the 1970s, but that doesn't mean they've forgotten about you.
