Death of Johanne Jensen

Jensen is one of Denmark's most famous artists. He was born in 1866 in Radvaad, Denmark. His father was a knife grinder, and his mother was a housemaid. When he was 14 years old, he moved with his family to Copenhagen. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Art.
